| 摘 要： | 目的分析教师自我报告疾病分布特点及疾病影响因素。方法对年龄在20~60岁之间的689名教师和289名非教师进行了横断面调查研究。结果教师职业心理紧张反应高于对照人群,经控制年龄、性别和教育程度等混杂因素,教师组与对照组心血管系统、泌尿系统、肿瘤和内分泌代谢疾病患病情况无统计学差异;在肌肉骨骼、呼吸、精神、消化、皮肤系统疾病患病情况有统计学差异。教师患肌肉骨骼、呼吸、精神、消化和皮肤系统疾病的风险高于对照组,其比值比分别为：1.75、6.25、3.45、3.33和1.92。结论教师职业心理紧张反应高于对照人群,教师患肌肉骨骼、呼吸、精神、消化和皮肤系统疾病风险也显著高于对照人群。
