摘    要:目的介绍新型检索系统GoPubMed,比较常用的检索系统与GoPubMed在分类统计功能中的差别。方法剖析GoPubMed的各分类统计功能模块与特点,并将GoPubMed的分类统计功能与具有类似功能的常用检索系统相比较。结果GoPubMed的分类与统计功能较为细致与深入,并且是基于本体向未来语义检索发展的一种尝试。结论GoPubMed基于基因本体(Gene Ontology,GO)与医学主题词表(Medical Subject Headings,Mesh)、蛋白质仓库(Universal Protein Resource,UniProt)将PubMed的检索结果进行分类统计,反映文章全文中的主题概念,通过分类统计将文献中隐含的信息显性表达,为用户了解相关主题概况,快速、准确找到所需要的信息提供帮助。

Abstract:Objective To introduct a new retrieval system-GoPubMed, and comparsed the same functions retrieval systems in common use. Method Detailedly introducted GoPubMed and his functions of categorization and statistics, comparsed the functions with other systems. Result GoPubMed has more depth and delicate. It is a good try to semantic retrieval based on ontology. Conclusion GoPubMed is based in Gene Ontology, Mesh and UniProt. During the retrieval GoPubMed fetches relevant abstracts in PubMed, the results are categorized and statistiesed. The categories help to systematically explore the results in order to structure the millions of articles of the PubMed database. By navigating the tree, we can narrow down from thousands of search results to a few in seconds.
