| 摘 要： | 目的]了解大理州州级直管医疗机构消毒监测情况,为进一步提高消毒质量提供依据。方法]根据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)所规定的方法与标准对大理州2005~2009年州级直管医疗机构18家进行室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、无菌物品进行卫生微生物检测。结果]2005~2009年共检测样品4 018份,合格的3 445份,合格率85.74%。合格率呈逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同级别医疗机构消毒合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同种类样品间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论]大理州州级直管医疗机构消毒质量较低,存在一定问题,需进一步加强管理。
