2007年济南市某医院临床护士针刺伤情况调查

目的]了解医院临床护士被锐器损伤的情况,为有效的职业防护措施提供依据。方法]采用回顾性问卷调查方法,对某医院从事临床护理的工作人员进行自填式问卷调查。结果]104名护士锐器损伤发生率为86.54%(90/104),共发生锐器损伤364次,人均3.5次。因锐器损伤而感染乙型肝炎病毒1人,占1.11%(1/90)。结论]基层医院防护意识淡漠,锐器损伤发生率较高。因此医院管理者要重视对护理人员的防护教育,加强防护措施的落实,建立职业损伤报告、监测体系。

Investigation and Analysis of the Sharp Injuries among Clinical Nurses in Ji'nan

Objective]To understand the condition of sharp instrument injury among nursing staff,provide scientific basis for occupational protection.Methods]A retrospective questionnaire was used to interview 104 nurses to investigate the sharp instrument injuries.Results]For the 104 nurses investigated,364 cases of sharp-instrument-injury were reported,3.5 cases per person on average;94 of them have been injured by sharp instruments,accounting for 86.54%;One of them got infected by HBV due to injury by sharp instruments,accounting for 1.11%.Conclusion]High sharp instrument injuries occurred in hospitals at district level were due to weak protective consciousness.Education on self protection must be given to the staff,protective measures must be developed,the report and monitoring system of occupational injuries should be set up.
