龙陵县参加新型农村合作医疗农民对新农合定点医疗机构服务质量评价

目的]评价新型农村合作医疗(新农合)定点医疗机构的服务质量,探讨存在的问题与解决办法,为有关卫生主管部门改进各级定点医疗机构服务质量提供科学依据。方法]2005年,在云南省20个新农合试点县中选择龙陵县,对参合农民进行问卷调查。结果]调查191人,对各级定点医疗机构医疗技术水平、服务态度、收费、总体满意度和卫生资源配置情况的评价分布的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);非条件Logistic回归分析表明,调查对象喜欢选择村卫生室就诊,其主要原因是医生服务态度好,可信度高,就医方便。结论]各级定点医疗机构服务质量一般,应提高乡村卫生机构的服务条件,改善县级医疗机构的服务态度,严格控制农村医药费用的不合理增长。

Appraisement of Participating Peasants on The Service Quality of New-style Rural Cooperative Medical Care Fixed-point Medical Institutions of Longling County

Objective]Through appraising the service quality o f New-style Rural Cooperative Medical Care(abbr.NCMS) fixed-point medical ins titutions,probing into the existing problems and the solutions thereof,so as to provide scientific basis for the health competent department concerned to improv e the service quality of these institutions.Methods]In 2005,we chose Lonling county from 20 NCMS pilot counties of Yunnan Province and inves tigated the participating farmers by method of questionnaire.Results ]The number of investigated farmers was 191.There were respective stat istical significant differences(P<0.01)between the respondents' appraisa l distributions of doctors' medical technical level,bedside manners,medical ch arges,total satisfactory degree and the allocations of health resources among th e various fixed-point medical institutions.Through analyzing the data by Non-conditional Logistic Regression Analysis,it indicated that the respondents li ked to visit the village infirmaries.The main reasons were as follows:Firstly,the doctors had good bedside manners.Secondly,they had high reliability.Final ly,it was convenient for farmers to hospitalize,etc.Conclusion]The service quality of various fixed-point medical institutions was just com mon level.It was suggested that the health service conditions of rural sanitary institutions be ameliorated,the bedside manners of county-level hospitals be improved and the unreasonable increase of rural medical costs be strictly contro lled.
