| 摘 要： | 目的]了解涂阳肺结核病人密切接触者痰涂片阳性检出情况,更多地发现涂阳肺结核病人。方法]对淄博市及所辖各县疾病预防控制中心2007~2009年对发现的涂阳肺结核病人家庭和学校密切接触者痰涂片检查资料进行分析。结果]2007~2009年累计检测561例涂阳肺结核病人的密切接触者4 828人,检出涂阳者48例,阳性检出率为0.99%。密切接触者涂阳检出率,在校中学生为1.20%,家庭成员为0.58%(P<0.05);2007~2009年分别为0.92%、0.90%、1.14%(P<0.05);<21、21~50、51~72岁的分别为1.20%、0.47%、0.83%(P>0.05)。结论]涂阳肺结核病人,特别是在校中学生病人的密切接触者痰涂片阳性检出率较高。
