| 摘 要： | 目的]了解深圳市宝安区福永街道第五轮全球基金结核病项目执行情况,为下一步项目工作提供依据。方法]对福永街道预防保健所2007~2009年登记管理的715例流动人口肺结核病人资料进行分析。结果]2007~2009年累计登记流动人口肺结核病人715例,肺结核登记率为43.39/10万,涂阳登记率为19.66/10万。涂阳登记率,2007年为19.90/10万、2008年为22.97/10万、2009年为16.36/10万。可疑症状者就诊率为172.27/10万,肺结核查痰率为63.78%,查痰阳性率为71.05%。初治涂阳治愈率为87.35%,复治涂阳治愈率为87.50%,涂阴病人完成治疗率为64.70%。结论]2007~2009年福永街道流动人口肺结核病人治愈率逐年提高。
