2005～2009年长子县综合医疗机构网络直报肺结核病人转诊与追踪情况分析

目的]了解长子县2005～2009年综合医疗机构网络直报疑似肺结核病人的转诊、追踪情况,为提高病人发现和结核病防治可持续发展提供依据。方法]对长子县非结防机构网络直报肺结核病人转诊追踪情况报表以及相关资料进行分析。结果]2005～2009年非结防机构网络直报肺结核病人及疑似病人696例,各年份转诊率分别为61.43%、80.19%、85.19%、88.57%、90.95%,转诊到位率分别为44.19%、60.00%、67.83%、73.55%、79.58%,追踪率分别为74.51%、83.64%、87.72%、90.16%、96.55%,追踪到位率分别为63.16%、71.74%、76.00%、80.00%、87.50%,总体到位率分别为61.43%、79.25%、85.93%、90.29%、95.71%。在转诊到位的病人中,35.27%的病人为涂阳病人;追踪到位的病人中,14.36%的病人为涂阳病人。639例登记管理的初治涂阳病人中,27.07%来自转诊和追踪。结论]长子县2005～2009年医疗机构转诊率、转诊到位率、结防机构追踪率、追踪到位率和总体到位率逐年提高。
