济南市部分娱乐场所暗娼预防艾滋病健康教育干预效果评价

目的]提高暗娼艾滋病防治知识水平，增进自我保护意识，降低艾滋病的危害。方法]2005年，采用方便抽样法在济南市历城区28家娱乐场所对部分暗娼进行艾滋病知识健康教育干预，并评价其效果。结果]干预前调查194人，干预后调查203人。干预后，调查对象除个别问题外，对有关艾滋病知识的知晓率均有明显的增高（P〈0.01或P〈0．05）；接受过HIV检测者所占比例由干预前的4．12%增加到19．70%；干预后为了预防艾滋病/性病均愿意坚持使用安全套；最近1次商业性行为时使用安全套者所占比例干预前为56．85％，干预后为95.37%。（P〈0.01）；最近1个月商业性行为时每次使用安全套者所占比例干预前为35．10%，干预后为96．95％（P〈0.01）。结论]在暗娼中开展健康教育干预工作，可以提高该人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率和安全套使用率。

Evaluation on the Effect of Health Education on AIDS Prevention among Commercial Sexual Workers in Public Places of Entertainment in Ji'nan City

Objective]To increase the level of the knowledge on AIDS prevention among commercial sexual workers,enhance self-protection consciousness,reduce the risk of AIDS.Methods]Health education was conducted for commercial sexual workers conveniently selected from 28 public places of entertainment in 2005,the effect was evaluated.Results]194 and 203 were investigated before and after intervention.The understanding rate of AIDS related knowledge increased obviously after intervention(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The persons tested for HIV increased from 4.12% before intervention to 19.70% after intervention.Condom will be used to prevent AIDS after intervention.The rate of condom use during the last time increased from 56.85% before intervention to 95.57% after intervention(P<0.01).The rate of condom use during the last month increased from 35.10% before intervention to 96.95% after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion]The understanding rate of AIDS prevention knowledge and the use of condom can be increased through health education for the target population.
