| 摘 要： | 目的]了解鲁中南地区成人居民代谢综合征(MS)患病状况及流行特征。方法]2010年7～10月采用现况调查方法,通过多阶段随机抽样,抽取鲁中南地区5个县(区)12个村(居委会)18～69岁居民进行问卷调查、体格检查及实验室检测。共2 897人完成全部指标测定。结果]调查鲁中南地区18～69岁居民2 897人,查出MS患者512例,MS患病率为17.67%,标化率为15.36%。不同年龄组间MS患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男女、城乡间MS患病率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);45岁以上各年龄组MS患病率均在21.00%以上;具有1种以上MS异常组分的个体比例高达74.49%。结论]鲁中南地区MS患病形势严峻,应及早开展MS社区综合防治。

| Abstract: | Objective]To analyze the epidemiological features of metabolic syndrome(MS) among adult residents in the middle-south areas of Shandong province.Methods]A total of 2 897 residents aged 18-69 years from 12 villages in the middle-south areas of Shandong province were chosen by multi-step cluster sampling and investigated with questionnaire survey,physical examination and lab tests.Results]The MS crude morbidity was 17.67%,and the age-standardized morbidity was 15.36% among residents aged 18-69 years in the middle-south areas of Shandong province.There were no statistic differences for the MS morbidities of different gender and region.The MS morbidity was more than 21.00% among residents aged over 45 years.The rate was higher than 74.49% among residents with more than one abnormal MS component.Conclusion]MS has become a great threat to local public health.It is necessary to carry out community comprehensive prevention. |
