2010年胜利油田某社区居民糖尿病流行病学调查

目的了解胜利油田社区居民糖尿病患病情况及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,在胜利油田滨州工作区某社区抽取18岁以上常住居民3 471人为调查对象进行问卷调查。数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析处理。结果本社区居民糖尿病患病率为3.54%(标化率为4.29%),其中男性患病率为5.65%(标化率为5.44%),女性患病率为2.01%(标化率为4.49%)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示:年龄增大(OR=2.11,95%CI1.58～2.82)、不经常吃甜食(OR=0.59,95%CI 0.36～0.96)、水果摄入不足(OR=2.51,95%CI 1.59～3.98)、超重(OR=1.24,95%CI1.05～1.48)是糖尿病的影响因素。结论本社区居民糖尿病患病率较高,年龄大、水果摄入不足和超重是糖尿病的危险因素,而不经常吃甜食是保护因素。

Epidemiological Survey on Diabetes mellitus Among Residents in a Community,Shengli Oil Field,2010

Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of diabetes mellitus among residents in a community of Shengli Oil Field. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted among 3 471 people over 18 years old with multistage stratified-cluster sampling in a community of Shengli Oil Field.Data were input and statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0statistical software. Results The prevalence of diabetes mellitus was 3.54%（5.65%for male and2.01%for female）,and the standardized prevalence rate was 4.29%（5.44%for male and 4.49%for female）.The multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that older（OR =2.11,95%CI 1.58-2.82）,not often eating sweet food（OR =0.59,95%CI 0.36-0.96）,inadequate intake of fruit（OR =2.51,95%CI 1.59-3.98）and overweight（OR =1.24,95%CI 1.05-1.48）were influencing factors for diabetes mellitus among residents in this community.Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes mellitus is higher among residents in this community.And older,inadequate intake of fruit and overweight are risk factors for diabetes mellitus,not often eating sweet food is the protective factor.
