解放军某部部分健康体检者乙肝表面抗体检测及其影响因素分析

目的]了解某部官兵乙肝病毒免疫水平及其影响因素。方法]对2008年8月至2009年3月在某门诊部参加体检的152名官兵进行调查与抗-HBs检测。结果]检测152名官兵,抗-HBs阳性的113人,阳性率为74.34%。抗-HBs阳性率,男性为73.38%,女性为84.62%(P>0.05);25～39岁为80.33%,40～54岁为73.68%,55～69岁为64.71%(P>0.05);接种过乙肝疫苗的为87.61%,无乙肝疫苗接种史者为28.00%,接种史不详的为50.00%(P<0.01)。非条件Logistic回归分析结果,只有乙肝疫苗接种史是影响抗-HBs阳性的因素(OR=1.722)。结论]某部官兵抗-HBs阳性率较高,接种乙肝疫苗可以有效提高抗-HBs水平。

Analysis on the Surveillance of Anti-HBs and Influencing Factors of Health Examination in the Army

Objective]To understand the hepatitis B virus immune level and its influencing factors in officers and soldiers.Methods]During August,2008 to-March,2009,152 officers and soldiers in physical examination were surveyed and tested for anti-HBs in the Department.Results]in 152 officers and soldiers,113 cases were anti-HBs positive(74.34%).The positive rates of men and women were 73.38% and 84.62% respectively(P>0.05) and those aged 25-39,40-54,55-69 accounted for 80.33%,73.68% and 64.71%(P>0.05) respectively,the positive rates were 87.61%,28.00%,and 50.00% in hepatitis B vaccination history,without hepatitis B vaccination history and unknown vaccination history(P<0.01) respectively.Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the factor influencing anti-HBs was hepatitis B vaccination history only(OR=1.722).Conclusion]Anti-HBs positive rate is higher and hepatitis B vaccination can improve the level of anti-HBs effectively.
