某中药厂项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的识别、分析某中药厂整厂搬迁技改项目产生的职业病危害因素的种类和程度,评价其防护措施及效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护的特殊要求。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业健康检查、职业病危害因素检测,采用检查表法、定性和定量法进行综合性评价。结果该项目的主要职业病危害因素有:噪声、其他粉尘、滑石粉尘。经现场检测,噪声超标率为22.2%;粉尘时间加权平均浓度和短时接触浓度合格率分别为46.2%和53.8%。结论该项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目,采取的各项职业病防护措施基本可行,但需加强对粉尘的职业病危害控制措施。

Control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project of traditional Chinese medicine plant

Objective To assess the occupational hazard factors in the construction project, evaluate the protective meas- ures and effect, propose the special protection requirements of occupational critical control points. Methods The assess- ment was carried out with using combination of field inspection, checklist and occupational health examinations. Results The main occupational risk factors included noise, other dust and talcum powder dust. The exceeding rate of noise was 22. 2%, qualified rate of dust time - weighted average concentration was 46. 2%, that of short - term exposure concentra- tion was 53. 8%. Conclusion The project is general occupational hazards , and the occupational hazards which presented in the project could be mainly prevented and controlled, but the measures of prevention and protection against dusts should be strengthened.
