西安市某制药厂片剂生产线职业病危害因素调查分析

目的了解西安市某制药厂片剂生产线产生的职业病危害因素接触水平与分布,分析职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、职业健康监护及职业卫生管理。方法采用职业危害现场调查、系统工程分析、现场检测、实验室分析等方法进行综合分析与评价。结果片剂生产线存在的主要职业病危害因素为其他粉尘、噪声。检测结果表明,各岗位接触噪声8 h等效声级在69.8-80.4 dB(A)之间,符合职业卫生限值要求;工作场所粉尘浓度均符合职业卫生限值要求。结论该药厂采取的防尘、防噪声等设施设置合理有效,应重点加强设备、防护设施的日常管理和维护以及职业健康监护和管理工作,确保工人的健康。

Investigation and analysis of occupational hazards in tablet production line of a pharmaceutical factory in Xi'an

Objective To understand of the exposure level and distribution of occupational hazards caused by the tablet production line of a phannaceutical factory in Xi'an and to analyze occupational disease prevention facilities,personal protective equipment,occupational health monitoring and occupational health management.Methods Comprehensive analysis and evaluation were performed by the field investigational hazards,system engineering analysis,field detection and laboratory analysis.Results The main occupational hazards in the tablet production line were other dust and noise.The test results showed that the dust concentration in the workplace met the occupational health limit requirements,and the 8h equivalent sound level of noise was between 69.8 dB(A)and 80.4 dB(A).Conclusion The pharmaceutical factory take effective protective measures about dust and noise,and it's suggested to enhance occupational health surveillance and protection facilities management to assure the worker's health.
