摘    要:目的识别、分析某玻璃纤维公司生产线职业病危害因素,提出职业病危害的关键控制点及其防护对策。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查方法分析和评价。结果有毒物质浓度均符合职业接触限值要求,粉尘CSTEL的最大超限倍数为3.3,噪声及高温检测最大值分别为87 dB(A)、42.4℃。认为该生产线主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、丙酮、高温及噪声。结论该生产线采取的职业病防护措施基本有效、可行,但仍要加强通风除尘(排毒)措施的维修保养,加强个人防护用品的佩戴,落实各项职业卫生管理措施,以降低职业病发生的风险,保护劳动者的职业健康。
