| 摘 要： | 独立设置医学院校作为我国高等医学教育的特殊群体，还存在一些制约其科技创新的因素。进一步提高科技创新能力，必须重视人才队伍建设，创新科技人力资源的管理；遵循科学发展规律，凝练学科发展方向；积极改善硬件条件，着力构建共享平台；加强科技管理体制创新，完善科技创新激励机制，加快科技成果转化的速度。
