| 摘 要： | 随着我国公立医院改革的日渐深入,探索建立医院法人治理结构被提上议事日程。文章基于利益相关者理论,对我国实行公立医院法人治理结构的动力和阻力进行深入分析,并有针对性地提出政策建议,以消除相关利益者的阻力,加速公立医院改革进程。

| Abstract: | Along with the public hospital reform deepening implementation in our country,exploring on how to establish public hospital corporate governance structure has been put on the schedule.Based on the stakeholder theory,the article analyzes in-depth the driver and the resistance of the implementation of public hospital corporate governance structure in China,and put forward policy suggestions to eliminate the stakeholder resistance and to accelerate the process of public hospital reform. |
