卫生统计指标筛选方法评价

目的:为合理选用统计指标筛选方法提供参考。方法:采用文献回顾的方法对国内外常用的统计指标筛选方法进行评价比较。结果:常用的卫生统计指标筛选方法主要有两大类,一类是专家主观评定和判定法,以德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法和专家讨论(类似于头脑风暴法)为主;另一类是数理统计分析方法,主要包括变异系数法、界值法、主成分分析法、因子分析法、相关系数法、聚类分析法、类成分法、多元回归法。结论:常用卫生统计指标筛选方法各有优缺点,在实际运用中,可以根据研究内容、目的、资料收集情况选择适合的方法。

Evaluating the methods to screen health statistical indexes.

Objective To provide references for reasonably screening health statistical indexes.Methods Many methods to screen indexes of health statistics at home and abroad were comparatively evaluated with literature retrospection.Results There had two kinds of screening methods.One was subjective evaluation method,mainly as Delphi expert consultation and brainstorming.The other was mathematical statistics analysis,including coefficient of variation,dividing value,principal component analysis,factorial analysis,coefficient of correlation,clustering methodology and multiple regression.Conclusion These methods to screen health statistical indexes had their pros and cons,which can be applied in terms of contents,objective and data.
