| 摘 要： | 文章分析了国内、外保健食品的情况，提出有中国特色的保健食品的概念，认为它不仅适应了人们的需求，而且还存在着理论、原料、标准化方面的优势，因此，目前中国保健食品的发展方向是加强质量控制，寻找标记物，发展有中国特色的保健食品。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the situation of the functional foods in the world, we define a conception of the functional foods with Chinese characteristics. We think that it not only adapts to people's demand, but also has predominance in three aspects that are theory, raw material and standardization. Therefore, the development direction of Chinese functional foods is to strengthen quality control and find marker to develop the functional foods with Chinese characteristics. |
