江西省卫生服务能力建设工程对乡镇卫生院服务能力影响的综合评价

目的:综合评价卫生服务能力建设工程对乡镇卫生院服务能力影响,以肯定成绩和发现不足,同时为今后的农村卫生规划提供科学的参考依据。方法:普查,终期调查问卷与基线调查相同。综合评价方法为秩和比法(RSR法),计算RSR、权重系数W,再根据暂定标准对11个市进行综合评分,并排序判断顺位。结果:2010年卫生服务能力综合得分各市普遍较2007年的基线增加。综合得分80分以上的有7个设区市,70-80分有2个设区市,70分以下的有2个设区市。结论:①秩和比法的综合分析能真实反映乡镇卫生院的工作情况。②江西省经过近三年"卫建工程"的建设,乡镇卫生院服务能力得到提升。

Comprehensively evaluating the influence of health service capacity construction project on the health service capacity of township health centers in Jiangxi Province

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the influence of health service capacity construction project on the health service capacity of township health centers in Jiangxi Province,and provide references for future development of rural health services.Methods General investigation and final questionnaire was used with the baseline survey.Indexes of RSR and weight coefficient W were used in comprehensive evaluation.Then comprehensive scores of 11 cities according to provisional standard were ranked.Results The comprehensive scores of health service capacity of 11 cities in 2010 were higher than those of baseline in 2007.Seven cities of them obtained comprehensive scores of more than 80,two had scores from 70 to 80,and two had scores of less than 70.Conclusion The method of RSR can reflect the comprehensive health service capacity of township health centers.And the comprehensive health service capacity of township health centers had improved after three years construction of health service capacity construction project in Jiangxi province.
