| 摘 要： | 采用文献复习的方法,从监管的必要性、定点医疗机构不规范行为及其产生的原因、监管策略方法等方面综述了新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构监管的研究进展。建议今后的研究,应深入分析定点医疗机构不规范行为,找出影响新农合发展的关键问题,加强监管机制和监管法制环境研究,明确监管机构的性质、地位和职能等。

| Abstract: | Research progress on monitoring and management to appointed medical institution of New Rural Cooperative Medical System(NRCMS) is summarized through literature review.The necessity of monitoring and management,expression and cause of irregular behavior of appointed medical institution,monitoring strategy and methods are discussed in this paper.Several suggestions are put forward lastly on further study,such as thorough analysis of irregular behavior to find out the key problems that impact the development of NRCMS,in-depth study of monitoring mechanism and legal environment construction,definition of the authority,role and functions of supervision institutes. |
