河南省卫生高端人才相关情况分析

目的:了解和把握河南省卫生高端人才情况,为制定和完善人才政策和措施提供依据。方法:对申报河南省医学科技创新型人才工程的人才从年龄、国家级科研项目、科技成果、科研论文、预期达到的目标几方面分组进行统计分析。结果:国外、省外和省内人才的平均年龄为49.23±6.25,各组差异无统计学意义;3组总平均获得国家级科研课题4.35项;省内组获国家级科技成果奖励数为0,国外组仅1项,省外组26项;国外、省外和省内专家发表论文被SCI\EI收录均数分别为10.89、16.69、8.67,差异均无统计学意义;3组在科研、人才培养、学科建设、医疗几个方面均达到预期目标。结论:河南省卫生系统加强高层次人才培养引进非常必要。吸引和培养并重,有望培养引进一批高层次卫生人才;加强创新团队建设,兼顾人才队伍全面培养。

Analyzing the status of top health talents in Henan Province

Objective To study the status of top health talents in Henan Province,and provide references for improving talent policies and measures.Methods Talents who had applied for the medical sciences and technology innovation talent project were statistically analyzed from aspects of age,national research projects,scientific and technological achievements,research papers and expected target.Results The average age of talents form abroad,other provinces and Henan was 49.23 years old,which had no significant difference among these three groups.The overall average numbers of state-level research projects obtained by the experts was 4.35.The numbers of national awards in scientific and technological achievements was zero in group of Henan,while it was 1 case in group of abroad,and 26 cases in group of other provinces.The mean of papers recruited in Science Citation Index was 10.89,16.69 and 8.67 in group of abroad,other provinces and Henan respectively,which had no significant difference among them.And talents in these three groups all achieved their expected target in aspects of scientific research,talent training,discipline construction and medical services.Conclusion It is necessary to improve top health talent cultivation and introduction in Henan.And innovation team construction should be strengthened to achieve their overall development.
