| 摘 要： | 在医学技术高速发展的时代,临床医学由过去的以病为中心向以人为中心转变,对医务人员的人文素养提出了更高的要求,现有的高等医学院校人文社科素质培养存在诸多问题,尚未形成科学、有效的体系.医学院校加强医学生人文社科素质教育是医学专业本质与现代医学发展的必然要求,具有重要意义.通过建立多学科框架体系,开设多层次、多学科的医学人文学科综合课程;积极营造人文素质氛围;加强医学生创新思维的开发;价值观的引导等途径,科学、有效的构建人文社科素质培养体系,以培养具有医学精神和人文精神兼备的全科医学人才.
