| 摘 要： | 目的:文章通过对新疆维吾尔族聚集的新农合试点地区卫生服务的需求和利用情况进行分析,发现新农合对维吾尔族卫生服务利用水平和需求产生的影响,从而了解新农合在维吾尔族聚集地区还存在哪些问题.方法:采用现场流行病的调研方法,收集到某维吾尔族聚集乡的乡镇卫生院新农合的报销情况.用Access建立数据库,对相关情况进行分析.同时采用了现场访谈的方法对当地维吾尔族居民以及乡镇卫生院新农合办公室的相关人员进行了现场访诙.结论:该维吾尔族聚集乡农民参加新型农牧区合作医疗后对卫生服务的需求和利用明显增加,但乡镇卫生院的整体水还有待于提高,使之能满足广大农民的卫生服务需求.
