山东省三甲医院医护人员院感暴发应急能力及影响因素分析

目的:了解山东省三甲医院医护人员院感暴发应急能力,分析其影响因素,为提升医护人员院感暴发应急能力提供参考依据。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,对抽取的三甲医院的医护人员进行调查。用统计软件SPSS17.0对资料进行分析处理,单因素分析运用χ~2检验,运用Logistic回归分析方法进行多因素分析。结果:多因素分析结果显示,三甲医院医护人员院感暴发应急能力的影响因素为:年龄、心理健康状况、是否知晓院感暴发与院感聚焦区别、院感暴发应急知识了解程度、院感暴发应急隔离措施了解程度、培训教育6个因素。结论:部分医护人员院感暴发应急能力欠缺,医院应采取定期对医护人员进行心理疏导、定期进行教育培训等措施,提高医护人员院感暴发应急能力,以有效控制院感暴发事件,减少人员伤亡。

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Emergency Ability of Nosocomial Infection Outbreak of Medical Staff in a Tertiary Hospital of Shandong Province

Objective To understand the emergency ability of nosocomial infection outbreak of medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Shandong Province.And to analysis of its influencing factors,to provide reference for improving the emergency ability of medical staff.Methods The medical staff were investigated determined by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling.To analyze the data with SPSS 17.0,univariate analysis using theχ~2 test.Logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.Results Multivariate analysis results show that the influencing factors of the emergency ability of nosocomial infection outbreak of medical staff in a tertiary hospital are:age,mental health status,the level of understanding of emergency knowledge,training education,et al.Conclusions Some medical staff lacked emergency abilities.The hospital should take measures such as psychological counseling and regular education and training for medical staff on a regular basis.To improve the ability of medical staff to respond to outbreaks,in order to effectively control the outbreak of hospital sentiment and reduce casualties.
