摘    要:绩效管理的核心是绩效评估,而绩效指标体系又是绩效评佑的基础和内容,本文通过系统综述国内外有关组织绩效指标体系构建的模型和概念性框架的相关文献,了解国内外对建立组织绩效指标体系的主要方法及各种方法的应用领域、利弊进行比较和分析,并据此提出对我国疾控机构组织绩效研究的相关建议。
