| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对宁夏五县结核病防治机构现场调查,分析宁夏结核病防治机构资源配置与利用现状.方法:通过现场机构问卷调查和个人深度访谈,5个县结核病防治机构被调查.结果:现有结核病筹资机制中,县结核病防治专项经费过度依赖外资支持,同时存在人员不足和DOTS质量有待提升问题.结论:在此基础上提出针对性对策,以促进结核病防治机构健康持续发展. |
