| 摘 要： | 目的:构建四川农村乡镇卫生院服务质量评价指标,并运用该指标体系对四川乡镇卫生院进行服务质量评价.方法:专题小组法、专家咨询法与TOPSIS分析方法.结果:四川省乡镇卫生院服务质量评价体系共分三级,一级指标两个,二级指标五个,三级指标共二十三个,运用TOPSIS法对四川省农村乡镇卫生院进行服务质量评价发现经济发展水平较好地区的服务质量评价较高.结论:四川乡镇卫生院服务质量评估指标及其TOPSIS运用可为农村地区提高卫生服务水平指明重点与方向,有利于有针对性的进一步提高医疗卫生服务质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To construct and utilize index system of evaluating the services quality of rural health clinics in Sichuan.Methods Methods of topic discussion,Delphi method and TOPSIS analysis were used to study the index system.Results The index system consisted of 2 primary indexes,5 secondary indexes and 23 three-level indexes.By TOPSIS analysis,it can be observed that service quality of rural health clinics in relative developed areas was higher than that in developing areas.Conclusion The index system of ev... |
