摘    要:目的:了解门诊患者真实就医体验,为改善医疗服务提供决策依据.方法:采用问卷调查方法,两次调查结果对比分析.讨论:患者满意度是衡量医院服务质量好坏的晴雨表;公共交通抵达医院的便捷度是影响患者就医体验和择医意愿的重要因素;“质优、价廉、便捷、人性化”的医疗服务是患者始终的期待.
