大学生性行为调查分析

目的调查有性行为大学生艾滋病认知、感染危险感知和安全套使用情况及影响因素。方法选择在浙江省2个综合性大学,开展集中组织形式的自答式匿名问卷调查。结果共对22940名大学生开展了调查,其中问答近一年有性行为大学生1782人(7.8%),一年内曾有2个及以上性伴的占22.3%,近一年性行为中始终使用安全套比例为15.3%。不同年级艾滋病感染危险感知水平、性伴数和安全套预防艾滋病/性病作用认识的学生始终使用安全套情况不同;多因素分析表明,促进安全套预防艾滋病/性病作用的教育和增强使用意识等因素可以促进大学生实施安全性行为。

Survey on Safe Sexual Behaviors among College Students

Objective To investigate the knowledge, belief and behavior about AIDS as well as condom use among college students with sexual experience.Methods Conduct self-reported anonymous questionnaire investigation in two universities in Zhejiang province.Results Among 22940 students involved,7.8% students reported to have sexual experience in preceding 12 months,22.3% had more than 2 sexual partners,and 15.3% used condom insistently during the preceding year.Conditions of insistent condom use was associated with grades,self-perceived HIV infection risk,numbers of sexual partners and consciousness about preventive function of HIV by condom.Conclusions To enhance the education on condom use for HIV/STI prevention can promote safe sexual behavior among college students.
