浙江省1982年及200O年中、小学生体格发育状况分析

目的了解浙江省城乡学生体格发育的变化趋势与影响因素,为改进学校卫生工作,促进学生体格健康发育提供参考依据.方法采用整群抽样对我省城市与乡村7～18岁学生2000年与1982年体检资料中的身高、体重、胸围和维尔维克指数的变化情况进行分析比较.结果18年间,我省各年龄组学生体格发育的各项指标均有明显增长,乡村男女生身高增幅大于城市男女生,城乡男生体重增幅比女生大,乡村男女学生胸围的增幅比城市学生小;维尔维克指数的增长趋势与胸围相似,维尔维克指数的大小表明,城市男女生身体充实度水平较高,乡村学生营养状况与充实度水平较城市学生低.结论加强对农村学生的营养改善,进行健康营养观与健康审美观的教育,重视学校教育过程卫生工作的落实,是促进学生体格健康发育的重要措施.

An Analysis for the Status of Development and Growth in Primary and Middle School Students in Zhejiang Province

Objective To find out the long-term-change tendency and influence factors of the students' growth and development in Zhejiang Province, to provide reference for the promotion of school health work and students' physical health. Methods The sample was obtained from the medical examination data of primary and middle school students in 1982 and 2000 to analyze the changes of body height, body weight, chest circumference and Ververch Index. Results There was great increase of each index during the 18 years. The increase of body height in country students was higher than that in city students. The increase of body weight in male students was higher than that in female students. However, the increase of chest circumference in country students was lower than that in city students, and the same change tendency occurred in Ververch Index, which showed the nutrition status in country students was inferior to that in city students. Conclusions Something must be done to strengthen the health education in this area, and only in this way,the growth and development of students conld be promoted.
