| 摘 要： | 目的 分析近年江苏省输入性恶性疟流行趋势,讨论新时期下合理的控制措施和策略.方法 收集近年江苏省输入性恶性疟的流行病学资料,并运用适当的统计分析.结果 今年来,江苏省输入性恶性疟问题日益突出,诊断技术和归国人员的必要检测有待加强.结论 通过加大对外轮和归国人员的传染病监测比例力度,可以有效提高输入性恶性疟的检出率和对输入性恶性疟流行散播的控制能力,降低江苏省输入性恶性疟的传播风险.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyzes current trends and influence of imported pernicious malaria and discuss the appropriate control measures and strategy in new period in Jiangsu province of China.Methods The imported malaria information and investigation data in Jiangsu province of China were collected and analyzed statistically.Results The imported pernicious malaria issue stands out in Jiangsu province,diagnostic techniques and the returned testing need to strengthen.Conclusions By increasing the inspection proportion to the cruises and rigorously monitoring to the returned,we can effectively enhance the detection and prevention and control the proliferation and spread of imported pernicious malaria,thus,reduce the risk of the spread of the imported pernicious malaria in Jiangsu province. |
