眼科白内障超声乳化术中蓝域染色剂的化学助剂残留分析

摘    要:目的:建立顶空气相色谱法定性定量分析白内障超声乳化术中蓝域染色剂的化学助剂残留。方法:样品经80℃、30min静态顶空后,采用气相色谱-FID检测器进行检测,外标法定量。结果:加标回收试验结果表明,残留化学助剂加标回收率为89~95%,相对标准偏差均小于2%;方法的检出限为0.093~0.204μg/ml,定量下限为0.9~1.0μg/ml。结论:方法有效克服基体干扰,一次进样可同时分离和测定多种化学助剂,准确灵敏、简单快速,适用于白内障超声乳化术中蓝域染色剂的化学助剂的检测。

Abstract:Objective: set up the qualitative and quantitative Gas Chromatography analytical method for analyzing residues of trypan blue chemical additives used in phacoemulsification.MethodAfter head space sampling at 80℃ for 30 min,sample were analyzed by GC-FID,and quantified by external standard method.Result Standard addition test results suggests that the recoveries of chemical additive residues were 89%-95% with relative standard less than 2%.The detection limit is 0.093μg/ml~0.204μg/ml,and the quantitative lower limit is 0.9μg/ml~1.0μg/ml.Conclusion:The method reduced the matrix interference,and can analyze multiple chemical additives in one time.This method is simple,fast,sensitive and accurate,and is suitable for analyzing residues of trypan blue chemical additives used in phacoemulsification.
