| 摘 要： | 医疗费用上涨是一个全球性问题,医疗负担的不断加剧严重影响了居民的生活水平。该文从医疗消费者(患者)、医疗机构、药品流通三个角度系统分析了医疗费用上涨的原因,并针对导致医疗费用上涨的主要因素提出了针对性的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The increase of health expenditure has become a global impertinent concerning. It has imposed a great medical burden upon the residents. This article systematically analyzed the reasons for the increase of health expenditure from the viewpoint of health consumer, service provider and pharmaceutical distributor. It provides some applicable insights in order to control the increase of health expenditure. |
