| 摘 要： | 该研究结果表示：松江区居民对现行合作医疗的满意率高达98．37％，奉贤、锡山两地居民的满意率均为89％。松江、奉贤两地居民对合作医疗管理办公室工作持信任感占90％以上，锡山市占81．2％。对福利风险型合作医疗，松江、奉贤两地居民个人愿意出资奉与现行筹资水平相近；而锡山市则明显高于实际筹资水平。对大病医疗保险，三地居民的个人愿意出资额均明显高于实际筹资水平。 |

| Abstract: | The results show that satisfactory rate on cooperative medical scheme is 98.73% in Song Jiang county,89% in Feng Xian and Xi Shan. More than 90% residents have confidence in the CMS management office in Song Jiang and Feng Xian county,81.2% in Xi Shan. The residents willness to pay is similar to the premium in Song Jiang and Feng Xian county. But it is higher in Xi Shan than the premium. On the risk share premium residents willness in three places to pay is significantly higher than the actual premium. |
