新疆生产建设兵团乙类大型医用设备配置及其公平性研究

摘    要:通过对全兵团乙类大型医用设备的普查,评价兵团乙类大型医用设备配置现状,分析其人口公平性,为兵团乙类大型医用设备配置规划提供参考依据。在描述性分析兵团乙类大型医用设备配置现状的基础上,利用Lorenz曲线和Gini系数分析乙类大型医用设备的人口公平性。兵团乙类大型医用设备共40台,其中CT22台,DSA10台,MR13台,LA5台。兵团乙类大型医用设备按人口分布的基尼系数为0.2183,CT为0.2627。兵团乙类大型医用设备增长迅速与超龄服役现象并存,在不同地域的人口配置上相对公平。

Abstract:Objective: To study on allocation and equity of medical equipment type 2 and evaluate the cur- rent status of medical equipment in order to provide references for allocation of medical equipment. Methods: Ap- plied Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient to analyze equity of medical equipment allocation. Results: There were total 40 medical equipments type 2 which were CT 22, DSA 10, MRI 3, and LA 5. The Gini coefficient is 0. 2183 ac- cording to total equipment with population distribution, and 0. 2672 according to CT with population distribution. Conclusions: Medical equipment rapidly increase with over-use existing in the Corps, and relative equity for the e- quipment with population distribution.
