摘    要:该文选取反映科研实力的4项重要指标——论文教、获院外科研基金项目、获部委级以上科研基全项目及获院外科研基金资助额对两所市级综合性医院的科研发展趋势及各自采取的人才政策连行比较分析。得出如下结论;(1)合理的医院科研发展趋势并非呈直线变化,而是由积累调整阶段压在此基础上的跳跳发展阶段交替出现、循环上升;(2)医院科研在全面发展积累的基础上,某些学科专业优势在积累到一定程度后将进入学科的整体发展,这些优势学科的垄断地位进一步得到巩固,同时会反过来推动医院其他相关学科乃至医院整体科研水平的提高;(3)医院科研的持续发展离不开科研复合型人才的引进与培养,但由于各医院在人才结构与科研整体水平同存在差异,因而须采取与之相适应的人才政策和人才管理模式,医院科研才能步入良性发展的轨道。

Abstract:By the number of research publication,program,and foundation amount,two municipal comprehensive hospital's tendency of research development and manpower policy were analyzed. The main results were:(1)rational tendency of research de velopment in hospital was spiral,in stead of liner;(2) superior research programs not only strengthen themselves but also promote their relevant discipline even whole hospital's research work;(3) hospital's sustainalble research development needs rational research complex manpower policy,such as recruitment,training,utilization and management.
