| 摘 要： | 目的:探索构建社区卫生服务机构信息化水平综合评价指标体系,为上海市社区卫生服务机构的信息化发展提供管理工具。方法:文献综述、专题小组讨论法构建指标体系框架,德尔菲法对指标进行筛选完善,AHP层次分析法确定一、二级指标的权重。结果:建立的社区卫生服务机构信息化水平综合评价指标体系包括一级指标6项,二级指标19项,三级指标59项。结论:通过课题研究,建立了一套社区卫生服务机构信息化水平综合评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an indicator system for comprehensive evaluation of the information level at community health centers in Shanghai and provide administrative tool to promote the information development.Methods： The indicator system was developed by literature review and focus group discussion and was optimized by Delphi method.The weight for the class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ indicators was defined by AHP method.Results： An indicator system with 6 class Ⅰ indicators,19 class Ⅱ indicators and 59 class Ⅲ indicators was set up.Conclusion： This study helps us to develop an indicator system for comprehensive evaluation of information at the level of community health centers. |
