| 摘 要： | 该通过对现有献的综述，认为我国未来农村健康保障办法应根据各地的经济水平，因地制宜发展不同模式。归纳起来应该有4种类型：（1）与城市职工基本医疗保险相结合型；（2）具有一定社会性质的合作医疗保险；（3）各种形式的合作医疗；（4）健康救助计划。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with China rural health security methods in the future. It shows that the method should be different according to local economic development level through literature review.The methods can be divided into four groups: 1. Merging the method into urban employees' essential medical insurance; 2. Cooperative Medical Insurance with a certain social characters; 3. Various Cooperative Medical Care Schemes; 4. Health Aid Plan for the poor. |
