| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨精神卫生中心职工对工作的满意度情况,尝试找出其影响因素,以便更为有效地提高医院管理水平。方法:运用自制工作满意度调查表进行调查,通过不同性别、年龄、聘用方式、文化程度、政治面貌、工作岗位、职称级别之间满意度的比较,分析引起满意度变化的影响因素。结果:年龄、文化程度、政治面貌、岗位四个方面对职工的工作满意度产生显著影响。结论:精神卫生中心的职工满意度总体较高,但是要针对重点人群进行干预,进一步改善职工满意度。
