六大问题决定新农合能否可持续运行

分析了当前新农合制度存在的资金来源有限、补报模式不尽合理、补报途径与基金管理不完善、定点医院药价虚高、组织机构不健全和统筹层次偏低六大主要问题，提出广开筹资渠道、提高补偿比例、完善体制机制、提供组织保障和实现城乡对接五大对策。

Six issues decide whether the NRCMS can be sustainable operation

This paper described six issues in the operation process of NRCMS that are: limitation of resources,unreasonable of reimbursement model,funding management need improve,higher drug price in fixed hospitals,management sectors need well organized,and the integrate management at low level.Five policies had been proposed that are: resource collection approach need widen,raise the ratio of reimbursement,improve the scheme and operative mechanism,provide the organization guarantee,and integrate rural and urban system.
