摘    要:绩效考核作为医院管理的一个重要手段,有着重要的导向作用。经过多年的探索和实践,结合《上海市综合性医院管理评估标准》和《医院等级评审》要求,利用关键业绩指标法(KPI)的原理,医院设计了一套较为科学合理的绩效考核指标体系,在实践中有效地推动了医院和员工目标的共同实现,对医院的可持续发展起到关键作用。

Abstract:Performance assessment is an important approach in the hospital management.Based on the guidelines Shanghai comprehensive hospital management and assessment criteria and hospital category assessment criteria combine with their own practice,the author proposed key Performance Indicators(KPI),it has played an important role in the field of hospital assessment of sustainable development.
