| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the factors affect rural health status in western China and forecast the scenario of health development in the 11^th Five-year Planning to 2020. In order to reaching these objective, it is required guiding by the scientific development sense, regulating public finance system, increasing government financing investment to rural public health and improving health development model in western China. |
