| Abstract: | This paper introduces basic content of health human resource management firstly. Then integrated our nation's condition of health human resource management through introducing six theories of western health human resource management. Its aim is proposed at making relevant sectors and personnel pay more attention on health human resource management and exploring better methods and models for health human resource management based on western theories and practices. |
