强化国境卫生检疫防控甲型HIN1流感的卫生经济学评价

采用卫生经济学的方法对2009年我国强化国境卫生检疫防控甲型HIN1流感的成效进行了初步的评价。方法：采用检验检疫部门上报的2009年甲型H1N1流感防控的费用和效果数据，用成本效益分析法进行评价。结果：强化国境卫生检疫防控甲型H1N1流感的总体净效益约为63亿元，成本效益比约为1：13．44。说明强化国境卫生检疫防控甲型H1N1等境外输入性传染病具有很好的经济效益与社会效益。

An economic evaluation on strengthening the frontier health quarantine to prevent and control the epidemic of influenza A(H1N1)

This research conducted a preliminary economic evaluation to assess the cost-benefit of strengthening the frontier health quarantine to prevent and control the epidemic of Influenza A（ H1N1 ）in 2009. Methods： The cost and outcome data were reported by all the administration for entry-exit inspection and quarantine over the country, and the cost-benefit analysis methods were used to assess the effect. Results： The total net benefit of strengthening the frontier health quarantine to prevent and control Influenza A（ H1N1 ）was about 6.3 billion RMB, and the ratio of cost-benefit was about 1 ： 13.44, which indicated that strengthening the frontier health quarantine was a method with high economic and social benefit to prevent the epidemic of infectious diseases from abroad, such as the Influenza A （ H1N 1 ）.
