Discussion on the development of health care and cost control

Health system is confronted with unprecedented and omnibearing reform. The objective of reform is to provide better medical service with lower cost to meet people's basic health needs. Cost control is one of key roles in reform. In this article the relationship between cost control and the development of health care is analyzed. The current situation of cost control is assessed. At last, the authors analyze the trends of cost control considering reform's measures.
