| 摘 要： | 第三次卫生服务调查结果提示我国农村医疗卫生服务存在"需要增加、需求下降"的反常现象,农村居民潜在的医疗服务需求较大,有效需求发生转移。从农村医疗服务的需方、供方以及政府三个方面对引发此问题的影响因素进行剖析,探讨形成机制,并提出改进的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The results from third national health interview survey shows that there is existing a "need increase and demand decrease" trends in rural health services.There is a large potential need in rural health care and effective demand transformation in rural population.This article analyzed the impact factors from supply demand and government aspects,as well as their mechanism.It had proposed comments to improve those issues. |
