| 摘 要： | 恶病质是恶性肿瘤病人常见的临床征象，是恶性肿瘤病人死亡的主要原因之一，恶病质的原因及发生机制十分复杂，厌食及体内各营养物质代谢异常是其主要原因，而各种细胞因子及肿瘤代谢因子的作用在恶病质的发生中也起着重要作用。本文综述了恶病质发生机制以及临床上防治对策。

| Abstract: | Progressive wasting is common in many types of cancer and is one of the most important factors leading to the early death of cancer patients.The causes and mechanisms of cancer cachexia has been better clarified.Anorexia and metabolic alterations is main causes of cancer cachexia.Several experimental studies have suggested a role for the cytokines as mediators of the process of cachexia.The objective of this review is to present and discuss the current mechanisms of cancer cachexia and therapeutic strategies. |
