| 摘 要： | 目的:对胃癌病人应用加速康复外科(FTS)方案进行对照研究. 方法: 选取胃癌病人100例,50例应用常规治疗方案作为对照组,50例应用FTS方案为FTS组,比较两组病人的住院时间,住院费用和并发症. 结果:FTS组病人住院时间为(12.4±3.3) d,与对照组(16.2±3.2) d]比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01).两组病人的术前天数无显著性差异(P=0.282).FTS组病人术后天数(6.6±3.0) d, 较对照组(10.6±2.8) d明显缩短(P<0.01).FTS组平均住院费用(21 420±3 733)元,低于对照组(24 991±4 408)元(P<0.01).两组并发症比较无明显差异(P>0.05). 结论:通过围手术期FTS方案治疗,胃癌病人术后康复加快,住院时间,特别是术后住院时间缩短,医疗费用下降.
