胸部高分辨CT在儿童慢性咳嗽的程序式诊断中的作用探讨

目的对儿童慢性咳嗽的程序式诊断方法进行探讨。方法胸部CT检查时的定位相类似于X线片检查，比较胸部CT定位相和高分辨CT（HRCT）检查的差异。结果经胸部CT定位相明确诊断5例（7．93％），经胸部HRCT明确诊断44例（69．84％），差异具有统计学意义。结论HRCT有助于发现慢性咳嗽儿童的肺部病变，优于胸部X线CT定位相检查。综合考虑患儿利稀．建议对慢性咳嗽儿童必要时可以考虑胸部HRCT检查。

Evaluation the influence of HRCT in the diagnostic algorithm for chronic cough in children

Objective To explore the diagnostic algorithm protocol for chronic cough in children. Methods CT positioning phase of the chest similar as the X-ray examination. Compare the differences between the two examinations. Results 5 cases were made a definitive diagnosis by CT positioning phase, accounted for 7.93%. And 44 cases were diagnosed by high-resolution CT, accounted for 69.84%. There was significant statistical difference between the two diagnostic results. Conclusions High-resolution CT examination helps to identify lung disease in children with chronic cough, the results was better than X-ray examination. Considering the interests of the children with chronic cough, high-resolution CT examination should be considered to choose if necessary.
